1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges & Estimated Delivery

• We offer free shipping on all Prepaid orders above 
• For orders below ₹1000 & CASH ON DELIVERY, a standard shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied 
• Estimated delivery times:
• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

3. Shipping Partners

• We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• A tracking link will be provided once the order is shipped.

4. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
• You can also track your order through our website under the "Track Order" section.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.
• If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verification with the courier.

7. Address & Delivery Issues

• Please provide a complete and accurate address to avoid delivery delays.
• If the package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
